The operator behind the program.
Website terms of use.
These terms govern use of the Anchor Resource Group website. Effective October 10, 2026. They apply to website information, inquiries, operator applications and resources, alongside any separately signed program agreement.
Website information and program scope.
Anchor coordinates recycling, returns, destruction and recovery programs through independent operators. Anchor owns no trucks or yards. Website descriptions explain program options; actual market coverage, permitted scope, pricing, response commitments and documentation are defined in a signed agreement.
National positioning does not mean every service is available in every market. Local permits, shipment rules, material restrictions and operator capacity are reviewed before work is accepted.
Inquiries and applications.
An assessment request, operator application or contact message is not a contract, order or promise of acceptance. You must provide accurate information and have authority to discuss the business requirements you submit.
Operator participation requires review and a signed agreement. Payment terms are agreed in the operator agreement. Report requests require identity and authority verification before a client document is shared.
Resources and illustrative documents.
Guides, calculators and sample certificates are educational. They are not legal advice, completed processing records or compliance advice. Verify current standards, law and methodology with the relevant authority and your advisors.
Sample report values are illustrative, not Anchor operating data or customer results. A destruction certificate records the processing event identified in that certificate.
Permitted use and intellectual property.
You may read and download resources for internal business evaluation, with source attribution. Do not represent a sample as an issued certificate, remove disclaimers or misstate the identity of the executing operator.
Do not attack the website, bypass access controls, submit unlawful material, scrape private records or misuse another person's contact information. The site may limit abusive requests. Anchor brand assets may not be used to imply approval or affiliation without permission.
Third-party services and availability.
Links to official standards and external resources are provided for reference, not endorsement. Their content and availability are controlled by their publishers. Hosting and operator services may be provided by third parties under separate arrangements.
The website may be updated or temporarily unavailable. A signed service agreement governs the program, including its warranty, liability, indemnity and dispute terms.
Responsibility and contact.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, educational website content is provided as available without a warranty of suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. These website terms do not alter a separately signed agreement.
For website questions, privacy matters or a suspected error, use the contact form. Material updates will be dated on this page.
